These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of gilkeyinsurance.com (the “Site”) operated by Gilkey Insurance Group LLC (“Gilkey,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Informational Purpose; No Binding Coverage
The Site provides general information about insurance products and services. Quotes, rate indications, illustrations, and policy descriptions on the Site are for informational purposes only and do not constitute a contract, binder, offer, or guarantee of coverage. Insurance coverage is only placed once required information is received, eligibility is confirmed, terms are accepted, and the carrier or we issue written confirmation—such as a binder or declarations page.
All coverage is subject to the terms, conditions, exclusions, deductibles, limits, and endorsements of the policy issued by the carrier.
2. Quotes, Submissions & E‑Sign Consent
By submitting a quote request or application, you represent that all information provided is true, accurate, and complete, and that you have authority to act on behalf of any person or entity named in the submission.
You consent to conduct transactions electronically, including receiving disclosures and documents by email or through the Site. Electronic signatures and records have the same legal effect as paper documents under the federal E‑SIGN Act and applicable state laws.
You may withdraw consent by emailing antwan@gilkeyinsurance.com, but doing so may delay or prevent certain services.
3. User Conduct
- Interfere with the operation, functionality, or security of the Site.
- Submit unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or misleading content.
- Use the Site for fraudulent or abusive purposes.
- Misrepresent your identity or provide false information.
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information you submit.

All content, features, and functionality on the Site—including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software—are the property of Gilkey or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Content on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, tax, financial, or professional advice. Decisions regarding insurance coverage should be based on your individual circumstances and the specific policy issued by the insurance carrier.
7. Compliance & Privacy
We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law, including the Gramm‑Leach‑Bliley Act (GLBA) where applicable.
8. Disclaimers
The Site is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non‑infringement. While we strive to maintain continuous access, we do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error‑free, or that defects will be corrected.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Gilkey Insurance Group LLC, or our officers, directors, employees, or agents, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or use, arising from or related to your use of the Site—even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site shall not exceed the greater of one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100) or the amount you paid to us for Site access during the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to liability.
10. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Gilkey Insurance Group LLC and our officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.
11. Changes to the Site & Terms
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective Date” above indicates the latest revision.
Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms. We encourage you to review them periodically.
12. Governing Law & Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles. The parties will attempt to resolve disputes in good faith. If a dispute cannot be resolved, it shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue there.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without cause, including if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law.
14. Licensing and Geographic Scope
Gilkey Insurance Group LLC is licensed to conduct insurance business in certain U.S. states. The information on this Site is intended only for residents of states where we are properly licensed. Nothing on this Site constitutes a solicitation, offer, or sale of insurance in any jurisdiction where such activity would be unlawful.
15. Severability & Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Gilkey Insurance Group LLC regarding your use of the Site and supersede any prior or contemporaneous communications.
